Once your STEPREADY order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that tracking number with the carrier listed in your email.

When Tracking Updates

Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives your package. If your tracking link says "label created" or does not show movement right away, please check again later.

If You Need Help

1. Check that your order has shipped. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation are separate emails.
2. Wait up to 72 hours after the shipping email for tracking to update.
3. If tracking still does not update, email us with your order number and tracking number.
